Wij bieden gratis verzending binnen Europa voor bestellingen van meer dan €30. Als uw bestelling een verzendadres buiten Europa heeft, worden bij het afrekenen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht.
Al onze producten worden verzonden vanuit ons magazijn in Nederland. We streven naar wereldwijde verzending, op dit moment kunnen we niet leveren aan China, Zuid-Amerika en het Midden-Oosten.
Once the parcel has left our warehouse, you will get a notification by e-mail from the shipment carrier containing your tracking information to track the parcel.
Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is successfully placed, it is then submitted to our warehouse where your items are picked, packed, and dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking information when the order is shipped. We aim to ship out your parcel from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order. Packages won't leave our warehouse on weekends and local public holidays. While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do. RETURNS
Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it. If you wish to return your order, please submit a request filling the form “contact us” for further instructions. To avoid delay on processing your return request please state -RETURN- on the subject of the message and report, your full details and order number, within your message.
Please be aware that the packaging must be in the same condition. Labels must still be attached and the tube must be sealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
An email will be sent to the customer once the return parcel has been processed. This can take up to 7 days once we have received it.
As soon as we receive your return order, we will start processing the refund. This will take up to 7 business days before being finalised.
Return shipping costs are complementary from Netherland, Belgium and Germany only.
